Pricing reflects the time, responsibility and individualized attention involved in providing safe, force-free pet care throughout North and West Vancouver.

Private Walks

30-Minute Private Walk

$47

One-on-one walk tailored to your dog’s exercise, enrichment and individual needs.

45-Minute Private Walk

$57

A longer private walk for dogs who benefit from additional exercise, decompression or enrichment.

60-Minute Private Walk

$62

A full-hour private walk for exercise, enrichment and mental stimulation.

Group Walks

Small Group Walk (maximum 4 dogs)

Carefully matched small group of up to four compatible dogs.

Boarding & Live-In Care

Boarding

Limited in-home boarding. Availability and suitability confirmed individually.

Live-In Care

$140/day

Pet care in your home designed to maintain your pet’s normal routine, including companionship and daily exercise.

Booking & Cancellation

Regular services are prepaid in advance. Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to avoid being charged for the scheduled service.

Live-in care, boarding and holiday bookings are subject to availability and may have additional booking requirements.

Why Fairy Dog Mama Keeps Care Small

Fairy Dog Mama does not operate high-volume pack walks or rushed pet-care visits. Services are intentionally limited so pets can receive consistent, hands-on care centred around safety, trust and their individual needs.

Booking & Pet Care Policies

Payment

Regular services are prepaid in advance according to the client’s booking schedule.

Cancellations

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged at the scheduled service rate.

Weekends & Holidays

Weekend and statutory holiday services are subject to a 20% surcharge.

Outside Standard Hours

Requests outside standard service hours may be subject to an additional charge depending on timing and availability.

Medical & Behaviour Information

Clients are responsible for disclosing all known medical conditions, medications, allergies, behavioural concerns, bite history and other information that may affect the safety or care of their pet.

Emergency Veterinary Care

Clients must provide current veterinary information and an emergency contact. If urgent veterinary care is required and the client cannot be reached, Fairy Dog Mama may seek veterinary treatment in the pet’s best interest.

Home Access

Clients are responsible for providing reliable access to the home for scheduled services. Any special key, fob, concierge, alarm or access instructions should be provided before care begins.

Cameras & Privacy

Please disclose any indoor cameras or recording devices located in areas where pet care will take place. Cameras are not permitted in private sleeping or bathroom areas used during live-in care.

Visitors During Live-In Care

Any expected visitors, cleaners, maintenance workers, family members or other people who may enter the home during a live-in booking should be disclosed in advance.

Damage / Household Issues

Fairy Dog Mama is not responsible for damage caused by pets or for pre-existing household issues. Any damage, safety concern or maintenance issue noticed during care will be reported as soon as reasonably possible.

Special or Intensive Care

Pets requiring unusually time-consuming routines, intensive medical support, specialized handling or other care beyond normal service expectations may require a custom quote and must be discussed before booking.
